Our Treasure in Jesus
God, we love you! As your Church, help us do what it takes to let the people of Tunisia grasp the Good News that Jesus was so overwhelmingly superior to demons that they literally begged Him for mercy! (Matthew 8:31)
Pray for a Tunisian Believer
N is a young woman with a small child. She loves to shares about Christ with friends and family. However, before she came to Christ, she was in an adulterous relationship and now finds that she keeps falling into sin. Pray that God will pour out His grace on her and give her strength to be obedient to Him.
Prayer for Boldness
“And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world.” (1 John 4:14 ESV).
Lord God, grant your church in Tunisia the eyes to see and lips to testify to the miracle of the provision of your Son Jesus to be the savior of the world. (1 John 4:14) Your one and only Son, dispatched from his rightful throne in Heaven to live and die for the salvation of the nations. May your followers in Tunisia be known for their loyalty and devotion to this beautiful message.
Pray for a Segment of Society
High school students- Mehdi woke up under a load of heavy blankets, the simple window panes no match for the biting winter cold. Though dawn barely touched the Sahara sky, he heard his mom and little brother already hard at work in the kitchen. It would be a coffee day, for sure. “Ya Rbbi (oh lord),” he groaned as he shook himself to consciousness. Mehdi reviewed his notes for his French test over bread and olive oil while trying to block out another round of his father’s bellowing disapproval of his smoking, his screen time, his clothes, his friend group, his music, his rap band, his grades… He knows nothing about me. He doesn’t care about me at all, he mused as he shoved his books into his backpack, kissed his mom goodbye, and met his neighbour on the street to walk to the local high school. They didn’t say much—they didn’t have to, as they had known each other their whole lives. They both knew how to clench their teeth, defend their mothers, ignore their “loser” fathers, and work hard. Education felt like the only way out and they were determined to be among the few Tunisians who graduate from high school. Most of the other boys in the neighbourhood barely lasted into junior high before discouragement led to dropout. Mehdi and his buddy imagined a day where their mothers and siblings can live a different life… and they were determined to provide it. Pray for the high school students around the country who feel like they have little agency and few chances to improve their lives. Pray that they would recognize God’s pursuit of them and answer His call.

“I’ve heard people say, ‘I want more of a heart for missions.’ I always respond, ‘Jesus tells you exactly how to get it. Put your money in missions – and in your church and the poor – and your heart will follow.'” – Randy Alcorn
