TESTIMONY FROM A TUNISIAN BELIEVER

I am a thirty-year-old man from Tunis. I was raised in a strict, practicing Muslim family. The first time I went to a church building, I had a government job to watch the Christians. I was surprised by their simple message and wondered why we were afraid of them. One day the Christians gave me a Bible and explained it to me. They prayed for me. I went home and prayed, “God, you know me. If you are true, speak to me.” I had a dream. There were six people being crucified on a cross. The Messiah was also on a cross. My friend from the police gave me a gun and said to shoot them. The Messiah said, “I will never die,” and then he pointed to the others, “They will not die either.” I woke up and called my friend in the dream. He had had the same dream! I understand that only the Messiah offers eternal life and that is why Christians are not afraid. I gave my life to Christ. Pray that Tunisians will have dreams and will not be afraid to share the good news!

Pray that life’s difficulties will not distract believers from God’s purpose for their lives.

PRAY MIRACLES FROM THE BIBLE

“When Jesus entered the synagogue leader’s house and saw the noisy crowd and people playing pipes, he said, “Go away. The girl is not dead but asleep.” But they laughed at him. After the crowd had been put outside, he went in and took the girl by the hand, and she got up.” (Matthew 9:23-25)

Pray for Tunisian children who are suffering. Pray that Jesus will bring them new life!

Pray that God will guide them to add leaders whenever they become overwhelmed by the weight of ministry expansion. Pray that management teams would be selected to handle local issues so that overseeing leaders can focus on prayer and the Word.
